The Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce leverages its network to run a reciprocal mentoring program, specifically aimed at recent graduates or master's students in their final stages, who need support in personal development and exploring career opportunities in the Nordic region.
Many of the mentors in the program are based in Sweden, so the program is conducted in Swedish
