The Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, as an organization, acts as the Data Protection Officer. The information that is regularly stored includes name, company, position, language preference, phone number, and email address. Additionally, if necessary, we may store the following information: date of birth, nationality, address, and other preferences/comments related to specific events.

You also agree to receive invitations and other communications to the email address you provided upon registration. If you do not wish to be identifiable in photos or other materials from our events, you must inform us at least five business days before the event. You can opt out of our communications at any time.
In addition to the staff of the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, authorized personnel from the consulting company Mimer, which acts as the Personal Data Assistant and is regulated by separate personal data assistant agreements, also process the data. You have the right to know what information the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce has stored about you and may request that it be corrected or deleted by contacting the Chamber in writing.
In addition to the aforementioned parties, employees of the Chamber's partners and providers of data and electronic services may be granted temporary and limited access to the information, for example, in support cases.
For security reasons, the Embassy of Finland stores participant lists, along with their details, for events organized on embassy premises.
No personal data is shared with third parties or transferred to third countries.
