The Virtual Office

When a company establishes a subsidiary or branch office (filial) in Sweden, the company must have an address, and in the case of a limited liability company, a person must be appointed to receive official notifications.

To meet these requirements, your company can rent a virtual office with the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. The company will then have access to the Chamber’s mailing address and a named person as the recipient for legal notifications.

The Chamber customizes the agreement according to the customer's needs. For example, letters can be forwarded to the parent company in Finland.
